Where to invest in real estate?

Mitchel Demry: Let me give you some very good advice. Invest in Real Estate that is close to your personal Residence. You do not want to invest in Texas Real Estate if you live in Florida.

Ramon Dahlheimer: I say invest where you are at, I aggree with the guy above. However if you are in North Dakota or somewhere where property doesnt fluctuate much and you can travel southwest Florida is a great place to look. Dont buy now though, wait till the real estate market drops at its lowest and that could be the end of this year or whenever this subprime mess goes away and people stop foreclosing and the prices stop dropping, thats the time to buy! That when im going to buy my first house. I said SW Florida because I grew up there and the economy is supported by retirees, with the baby boomers all retiring soon they will wanna move to sunny florida! Until you buy, put your money in a savings account like the one at online brokerage etrade.com which pays over 4% right now i! n there savings account! Good luck!...Show more

Leann Villalta: To invest real estate you need to find a wise Realtor who knows the market well enough to make you profit along with him .. we specialize in real estate , feel free to visit us http://www.candorealestate.net/

Dalila Yoon: Maine is becoming a mecca for rich vacationers. Whether inland unspoiled lakefront properties or picturesque Ocean front properties either still offer wonderful opportunities to any investor and property taxes are yet to be too insane just yet. This would be my opposed contention with Texas properties is the property tax.
