Should pre-election polling be banned?

Employees put a prescribed amount out of their paychecks every week,,the company put a subscribed amount usually a tenth of the employee's contribution,,and its put in a bank under a HSA..Strictly for health care..The employee has a $6000.00 deductible before the Insurance company pays anything,,see where this is going.. Unless an employee and his family isn't ill for a number of years,,not only does the ins co. pay NOTHING,,the employee pays the premiums,,and the Hospital bills in full up to $6,000.00 !!
